If you are like me, you will enjoy your dog walks in Clevedon no matter what the weather. Open fields on sunny days, woodland walks when wet and miserable and everything else when dry.
I have put together a few of our weekly walks, that I will add to often to make sure you can also benefit from taking your own dogs if so desired.
MARINE LAKE to PIER - Best suited to dry weather only the pubs and arcades to hide under, dogs must be on the leads from May to September, as for the other months you have the sea and playing field for the dogs to enjoy
POETS WALK - A hilly walk, that offers beautiful views looking out towards Wales. Plenty of sniffs on this walk and off the lead is fine. Make sure you complete the walk as you will end up at the salthouse pub for a nice warm or cold drink.
KENN ROAD to SEAWALL - This lovely river walk offers lots of bird watching too, Cranes, Swans and plenty of ducks will keep you company on this peaceful stretch of Clevedon.
WALTON BAY to LAYDE BAY - This scenic channel walk has you looking out over to Wales, and keep going right round to Portishead if you fancy walking the whole thing.
ALL SAINTS to MOTORWAY BRIDGE - One of my wet day walks, with plenty of talk trees to shelter you. Need you hiking boots though, as some of the paths are tricky.
STRAWBERRY HILL to RIPPLESIDE RD - Close to all the houses, but nice enough to have the feeling of walking in the forest, this short yet hill climb walk offers different sniffs for our beloved dogs.
